What a peptide COA contains
A certificate of analysis for a research peptide reports two measurements. Mass spectrometry confirms identity: the measured mass of the sample matches the calculated mass of the sequence. HPLC reports purity: the share of the target peptide in the sample, measured as the area of its peak against all peaks. The certificate also names the lot number, which must match the number printed on the vial. Our guide mass spectrometry vs HPLC explains both tests and what "peak purity" means.
How to get the certificate for your batch
Send our customer service team the lot number printed on your vial; the contact link is in the footer. For documented batches we send the report for exactly that lot. Products without the "COA on file" marker currently have no report, and we do not state purity figures for them. The complete range, with and without certificate, is listed under all research peptides.
